We want you to enjoy your terrarium for many years to come, so we offer you a 30-day guarantee for your new terrarium which enables you to feel confident in the early days as you get to know each other.  This guarantee covers the following:

- Plants dying

- Any other plant related issues and ecosystem issues.

The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

- Dropping, placing on side, or breaking your terrarium.

- Placing your terrarium in direct sunlight

If you do have issues outside of the guarantee period, or experience one of the issues listed that is not covered by our guarantee, we are happy to resolve them, however fees may apply.
